Our Returns Policy

We want you (and your furry friend!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

Faulty or damaged item?

We’re so sorry about that. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fault, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.

How to return an item:

1. Email our friendly support team with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll give you simple return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund (minus the original delivery cost, unless the item was faulty).

Please note:

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

• We recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe.

• Refunds usually land in your account within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
