Shipping Information

How does shipping work?

We’re a UK-based business and we work closely with trusted couriers like Royal Mail and Evri to get your order to you safely and promptly.

Standard Delivery – Free on all orders!

Estimated delivery: 5–7 days

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Delayed Orders

We’ll always do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen due to factors outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, or peak seasons). If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 20 days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll investigate it right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll try our best to update it before the order goes out.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes. If the parcel is returned to us, we can either resend it (you’ll just cover the postage) or refund your order minus the original shipping cost.

Missed Delivery / Parcel at Local Post Office

If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail or Evri may hold your parcel at your local delivery office for collection. It’s your responsibility to collect it in time.

If it’s sent back to us, we’re happy to reship it (additional postage applies) or refund you minus the original shipping cost.
