Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.



Shipping & Delivery



Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the courier and your location. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak-season volume.



Address Changes



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


  • We can update your address only before your order has been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed and we are unable to redirect the package.



If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.



Carrier Responsibility / Tracking



Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the shipment is managed by the carrier. While we’re always happy to help, some parts of the delivery process are beyond our control.


Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
